Two generations of the Sayer family, building across the Weald.
ICS Builders Limited was incorporated on the 11th of October 2002, working out of Rolvenden Layne. Ian Sayer is the founder. His wife Debra joined as company secretary in 2004 and runs the office side. Their son Culley joined as a director in 2015 and is now a person with significant control — the firm is in good hands for the next generation.
We've worked the same Kent drives for over twenty years. Extensions, refurbishments, listed-building restoration, loft conversions, new builds, outbuilding conversions — all coordinated through one team that knows how Wealden properties have been built and what they need to keep standing for another century.
